China-based Manzuo, a provider of an online service that enables consumers to obtain discounts on products and services, was acquired by Suning Corporation (SHE:002024), which operates appliance and electronics retail stores in China for a reported $10 million.
Blue Bottle Coffee, an online coffee retailer and wholesaler, has raised $25.7 million in funding led by Morgan Stanley Investment Management, with participation from Google Ventures, Index Ventures, True Ventures. The company will use the funding raised to expand retail operations, improve internal training program, and further develop its quality control department. The new capital raised brings the company’s total funding to $45.7 million.
New York fashion-tech startup Bow & Drape, has raised $1.2 million in funding led by Vegas TechFund, with participation from Great Oaks Venture Capital. The website is designed to help women make custom apparel and accessories online. The investment will be used to expand the company’s team and create additional 3-D printed items to market.

One Kings Lane, a flash-sales site focused on home goods, has raised $112 million in Series E funding led by Mousse Partners, and participation from two other private investors. The company’s post-money valuation in the round was just shy of $1 billion, at $912 million (up from $440 million in the company’s Series C round). The investment brings the company’s total funding raised to $229 million.
NaturalMotion Games, a company that develops mobile videogames and animation technology, was acquired by Zynga (NasdaqGS:ZNGA), which develops, markets, and operates online social games for $527 million. The acquisition will allow Zynga to expand its services within the mobile market.
Ireland-based Cleverbug, which develops a mobile application for creating personalized greeting cards, received $6 million in Series A funding from Delta Partners, with participation from Enterprise Ireland. The company will use the new capital to build on its current services and expand its operations further. The investment will bring the company’s total funding to $8.2 million.
Incredible Labs, a provider of predictive mobile personal assistant application, was acquired by Yahoo! (NasadaqGS:YHOO). The acquisition follows Yahoo’s recent purchase of enterprise app studio Tomfoolery, which joined that team. Previous to the acquisition Incredible Labs had raised $2.5 million in funding. Terms were not disclosed.

Germany-based Skobbler, which develops map applications and mobile games, was acquired by mobile navigation service Telenav (NasadqGS:TNAV) for $24 million. Telenav plans to use skobbler’s technology to improve its Scout.me GPS navigation application.
Daily email newsletter company Daily Secret, which delivers daily information about trendy local bars, restaurants, and shops, has raised $1.3 million in Series B funding led by PanAfrican Investment, Central European Media Enterprises, Greycroft Partners, and e.ventures. The company has raised $3.1 million in funding to-date.

Switzerland-based GetYourGuide, which provides an online platform for booking travel tours, has raised $4.5 million in Series A funding led by Spark Capital and Highland Capital Partners Europe, with participation from individual investors. The company has raised a total of $20.5 million in funding to-date.
Innography, a provider of intellectual property business intelligence software, has raised $3.5 million in funding led by Austin Ventures and Covera Ventures. The investment brings the company’s total funding to $13 million.
Digital engagement company Practically Green, which provides a platform for content with social and game mechanics, has raised $3 million in Series A funding led by CommonAngels, Clean Energy Venture Group, Launchpad Venture Group, and Pan Asia Solar. The company will use the Series A funding for product development, sales and marketing, and to develop their corporate social responsibility
Mercatus, a provider of software for the energy project finance industry, recieved an undisclosed amount in Series A funding, which was led by information and analytics provider Trepp, with participation from Vision Ridge Partners, Augment Ventures, and Shah Capital.
France-based Equitime, which designs, develops, and offers workforce management solutions, was acquired by Horizontal Software SAS, a provider of employee self-service, time and attendance management SaaS for businesses in France. The acquisition will strengthen the position of Horizontal Software in healthcare service and local administration markets while providing Equitime with native SaaS/Cloud, as well as innovative optimization solutions. Terms were not disclosed.

GNS Healthcare, a provider of data analytics technologies serving the healthcare industry, has raised $10 million in Series B funding led by Cambia Health Solutions, Heritage Provider Network, and Mitsui & Co. The investment will be used to expand the company into the Asian market, enhance its products, and aim to offer more analytics around medication adherence and cost forecasting. The company has raised a total of $24.9 million in funding to-date.

Dassault Systèmes (Paris:DSY) has agreed to acquire Accelrys (Nasdaq:ACCL), which develops and commercializes scientific business intelligence software and solutions for approximately $750 million, at a valuation of 4.1x revenue. The acquisition will allow Accelrys to deliver to a combination of science-based innovation and product lifecycle management.
