The acquisition will enable Add.On.Auto to utilize Reynolds and Reynolds’ dealership footprint, sales and service network, and software development resources to grow its business. Terms were not disclosed.

Germany-based SoundCloud, which provides an audio platform that enables customers to create, record, promote, and share their originally-created sounds across the Web, has raised a reported $60 million in funding, valuing the company at about $700 million. The funding received was led by Institutional Venture Partners and Chermin Group, with participation from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, GGV Capital, Index Ventures, and Union Square Ventures. According to VentureWire the round closed last October but has not been announced or reported.

Higher Gear Group, which provides marketing, salesforce, and customer service automation CRM SaaS for automotive dealerships, announced its intent to merge with OneCommand, a multi-channel marketing and communications company. OneCommand’s brand will become the parent and industry-facing trademark for the two companies. The Higher Gear name will represent the product and be encompassed under OneCommand.
