Didi Dache, a Chinese taxi-booking application, has raised $100 million in Series C funding from CITIC Capital, with participation from Tencent. The investment brings the company’s total funding to a total of $115 million.

Yub, a solutions provider allowing merchants to advertise and offer rewards; and affiliates to receive revenue for promoting and sharing brands, was acquired by digital coupons provider Coupons.com. The acquisition will allow Coupons.com to improve the company’s technology and affiliate network. Terms were not disclosed.

Integral Ad Science (fka AdSafe Media), which helps companies keep their ads off of websites with undesirable content, has raised $30 million in funding led by August Capital. The company will use the capital for global growth and incorporating different types of advertising. The investment brings the company’s funding to a total of $47.3 million.

21st Century Fox (Nasdaq:FOXA) has sold its 47 percent stake in Star China TV, a China-based operator of three Mandarin-language television stations, to the channel’s majority owner China Media Capital. Terms were not disclosed.

eCommerce service provider Monsoon Commerce announced today that the company has acquired CompassIM from Access Data Systems, a company providing a warehouse and inventory management system.  The acquisition will provide Monsoon’s eCommerce merchants with warehouse management capabilities. Terms were not disclosed.

Shortcuts Software, an Australia-based provider of business management solutions for the beauty industry, was acquired by Jonas Software, a company that offers enterprise management software solution. Terms were not disclosed.
