The investment brings the company’s funding to total of $91.5 million.

Sketchfab, a France-based Web service to publish and embed interactive 3D models on any webpage, and display them in real-time, has raised $2 million in funding led by Balderton Capital, Partech Ventures, and Borealis Ventures.

OrderWithMe.com, a provider of a platform that allows small businesses to manage quotes, purchase orders, manage invoices, and payments, has raised $6 million in funding led by Vegas Tech Fund and BaseVC, with participation from Infinity Venture Partners, SOS Ventures, and Silicon Valley Bank. The company has raised $9 million in funding to date.

eSoft, an integrated security solution offering secure content management and unified threat management appliances, was acquired by Untangle, a network software appliance company. Terms were not disclosed.

Docstoc, company operating an online library of professional documents, videos and resources to start and grow small businesses, was acquired by Intuit (Nasdaq:INTU), a provider of business and financial management solutions for small businesses for reportedly $50 million.

NSS Labs, an information-security research and analysis company, has raised an undisclosed amount led by LiveOak Venture Partners. The company will use the investment to scale its operations, invest in technology, and support its customer base.
