JustFab and ShoeDazzle, a pair of subscription eCommerce companies, have agreed to merge in an all-stock deal. Additional financial details were not disclosed. JustFab has raised nearly $110 million in venture capital funding from Matrix Partners, Technology Crossover Ventures, and Rho Capital Partners. ShoeDazzle has raised approximately $66 million from Andreessen Horowitz, Crosscut Ventures, Polaris Partners, and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

Cluster Labs, a mobile photo-sharing app which helps users collaborate on albums with their friends, has raised $1.6 million in seed funding in a round led by early Instagram investor Steve Anderson of Baseline Ventures. Also participating were Freestyle Capital, First Round Capital, Google Ventures, and Sherpa Ventures.
NakedWines.com, a UK-based platform that lets customers sponsor independent winemakers in exchange for discounts, has raised $10 million in third-round funding from Germany-based WIV Wein International. The company reported over $50 million in sales and $1.5 million in net profits for 2012.
Blip Networks, which provides an online television network that features and monetizes independent shows on the Web, has been acquired by digital video publishing company Maker Studios. The cash and stock deal will close in early September and will see Blip Networks shut down. Terms were not disclosed.
JackBe, a provider of real-time operational intelligence software, has been acquired by Germany-based Software AG (XTRA:SOW), which offers business process management, data management, and consulting services worldwide. JackBe is best known for its Presto mashup software, which allows users to bring together and visualize data from multiple sources. It has also offered a real-time analytics product that incorporates Software AG’s in-memory data grid technology. Terms were not disclosed.
R.R. Bowker, a provider of bibliographic information and management solutions, has sold its Business Intelligence and Commerce Solutions products, which offer global print and e-book sales tracking and analysis capabilities, to Nielsen Holdings (NYSE:NLSN). Terms were not disclosed. The purchase will allow Nielsen, which owns Book Scan, BookData, and BookNet, to provide both eBook and print data in one tool from one source.
Kamcord, which offers tools that enable individuals to record and share mobile gameplay videos, has raised $1 million in seed funding from Tencent (SEHK:700) and InnovationWorks. The company offers it tools to individual gaming companies that are looking to increase their user base as players share these gameplay videos.
TagMan, a tag management and marketing data solutions company, has raised $5 million in third-round funding. Return backers Greycroft Partners and iNovia Capital were joined by Silicon Valley Bank.

Australia-based social media marketing agency Two Social, which offers a complete range of marketing services from strategy through content creation to community management, has been acquired by iSentia, a media intelligence group operating in Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia, and Greater China. Terms were not disclosed.
SmartRecruiters, which provides an “end-to-end platform” that lets business owners or recruiters use a browser to create, optimize, and post a job description, then syndicate it to the most relevant job boards and social networks used by potential candidates, has raised $10 million in Series B funding led by Rembrandt Venture Partners. The startup’s earlier investor Mayfield Fund also joined the round.
OpenLogic, which provides open-source solutions that enable enterprises to safely acquire, support, and control open source software in order to reduce potential risks and maximize the value of open source, has been acquired by Rogue Wave Software, a company offering cross-platform software development tools and embedded components for high productivity computing applications. Terms were not disclosed.

Singly, which has developed an API that integrates third-party services in both Web and mobile applications, has been acquired by Appcelerator, which operates an open source platform for building and managing Web, desktop, and mobile applications. Founded in 2010, Singly’s methods were designed to speed up the process of writing code to authenticate users via third-party services, pull in their friends list and other data from various social networks, and other services.

Mexico-based redIT, a provider of managed IT services and connectivity solutions, has sold $72 million of common stock to Cartesian Capital Group and Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR). Proceeds will be used to expand the company’s data center operations throughout Mexico and the southwestern United States. The company also provides data center services to corporate and government customers.

Australia-based NCS Group (North Shore Connections), integrator of unified communications and contact centre technology, has been acquired by telecommunications and information services provider Telstra (ASX:TLS). The purchase will bolster Telstra’s unified communications solutions in Australia and strengthen its contact centre technology services. Terms were not disclosed.
