The company reported total revenue of $175 million for the year ended 2012. The round was raised at a post-money valuation of $1.4 billion.

Uber, which offers an on-demand care service available through the company’s mobile and Web app, has closed $361.2 million in its latest round of funding from Google Ventures, Benchmark Capital, and TPG. The round values Uber at $3.4 billion pre-money and $3.8 billion post. Google Ventures led the investment with a $258 million contribution, which accounts for 86 percent of Google Venture’s $300 million per year fund.
